Every drawer box we build is made to the dimensions you give us. This page lists what we build, what we keep in stock, what we can special order, and how long it takes.
STANDARD CONSTRUCTION
5/8″ solid birch with dovetail joinery
Our primary drawer construction is 5/8″ solid birch with dovetail joinery, available in standard heights and custom heights.
Solid Birch — Standard Heights
When a project needs a drawer height outside our standard range, select Custom Height and enter the exact dimensions. This is what makes custom kitchens, closets, vanities, built-ins and specialty cabinetry straightforward to order.
Solid Birch — Custom Heights
For commonly used drawer sizes. Select from our available standard heights and enter the width and depth required for your project.

INVENTORY
Material we keep in stock
We keep solid birch drawer material in stock from 2″ through 24″ in height and up to 48″ long.
Holding that range in our own facility is what lets us manufacture standard and custom heights efficiently: most of what we need for everyday production is already on the floor, so we are not waiting on a material order for every project.
For orders manufactured from our stocked birch material, typical production lead time is 5 business days.
